About Angela
"Market failure, cost-benefit analysis, and monetary policy are the bread and butter of my technical focus. My pedagogical approach is direct and grounded in data.
After earning my BSc/BEcon from Melbourne Uni, I spent 3 years in fintech to see how these theories manifest in the real world. I have taught 135 students, ranging from ATAR and business students to AP, IB, and A-level candidates.
We work on supply and demand, international trade, inflation and unemployment, fiscal policy, and behavioral economics. I also ensure you master diagram drawing, which is often the silent killer in high-stakes exams. I keep the conversation grounded so that when you sit for your final assessments, the concepts feel like second nature. It is time to align your economic intuition with the rigorous demands of your upcoming examinations."

"I pace my lessons to ensure you understand the core logic before moving to the next complex module. Feedback is instant. My sessions rely on the same structured rigor I utilized during my 3 years in the fintech sector. We dedicate significant time to past-paper essay walkthroughs, which provide a clear map for how to structure your arguments effectively.
You will see how microeconomics and macroeconomics intersect through the lens of my degree training. I prioritize clear, concise explanations over jargon-heavy lectures that often obscure the underlying economic reality. You can expect a deep dive into the practical application of fiscal and monetary policy mechanisms during every hour we spend together. It is a pleasure to guide a student who is finally ready to treat Economics as a serious analytical discipline."
