About Valera
I am teaching German as a Foreign Language (DaF) and other subjects (private tuition) for more than 10 years now! I already started helping my fellow students in school when I was 12.
-> The students I taught, have all improved for at least 1-2 grades and become more fluent in the language.

Hello all,
I am offering qualified German-lessons or private tuition.
I am a native speaker of German and have lived in Cologne for more than 20 years.
There, I have obtained my A-level and now I am currently an university graduate holding a Bachelor's degree in education. My subjects are English and Sports Science.
From Feb-June, I am doing my semester abroad in Sheffield via Erasmus and would like to offer you my help in languages.
The lessons are aimed at all people who want to learn German as a foreign language, to brush up one's German or to get one's "rusty" native language going again.
The lessons can take place according to the agreement - either at my home (S10) or at the student's place.
I am flexible on times - you are very welcome to call me or write me an email.
I am looking forward in meeting you! Don't hesitate to call and ask questions.

Details
Usually I teach in a double lesson (2x 45 minutes).
So, 1 lesson (90 minutes) would cost 30£.
If the lessons should take place more often than once a week or should be taught in a crash course (before exams, going abroad, holidays, etc.), I could offer you a special price.
Furthermore, you could book 10 hours (5 lessons) in advance for an improved rate.
