About Delnaz
I am looking forward to share my years of experience with any interested students! As someone who started exploring dance later in my life, I understand what it's like to be a beginner and how it may feel a bit overwhelming at first. My goal is to help you feel settled and assured so you are prepared for any further training or opportunities you pursue outside of my lessons.
I have training in contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, and ballet. In addition, I have extensive experience in gymnastics, tumbling, acro, and cheerleading.

I can take the lesson in a couple different ways:
Technique: We will practice technical skills (leaps, turns, acro, etc.) and do strength/flexibility exercises to improve them.
Combo: If you are looking to practice getting more comfortable with movement or just want to dance, this path would be best. After a plentiful warm-up, I can teach you a combo that we can go through multiple times and perfect. We can also practice collaborating on choreography to strengthen your creative side.
Choreography: If you want to secure a dance to perform, compete, or simply practice and perfect, we can plan a path to do that in multiple sessions.
