About Kumiko
Nice to meet you! I'm Kumiko. I'm from Saga Prefecture, and I've worked in Canada, so I can speak English. Beginners can rest assured! I also spent five years teaching Japanese people working in Japanese companies about correct Japanese (honorifics) and how to communicate effectively. My hobbies are traveling, fortune-telling, eating sweets, and reading manga! If you share the same hobbies, let's chat! "I want to speak in Japanese, but what if I make mistakes...?" Don't worry about that! My lessons are fun and relaxing, and I value creating a time where you can speak freely and comfortably. My strengths: - Native Japanese speaker - Five years of experience teaching correct Japanese (honorifics) and how to communicate effectively to Japanese people working in Japanese companies - I have experience working in Canada, so I can support you in English 🫶 - I will carefully listen to your needs and propose a learning plan that suits you - I will explain even difficult content clearly and carefully using original materials
