About Samkelo
Hello, my name is Samkelo Ndlovu, and I am a BSc Honors graduate in Construction Management from the University of the Witwatersrand. I am passionate about helping students succeed academically by making challenging concepts simple, practical, and easy to understand.
I bring a strong academic foundation together with real-world construction and problem-solving experience, which allows me to teach in a way that goes beyond textbooks. My goal is not just to help you pass, but to ensure you truly understand the work and can apply it with confidence.

My approach to private tutoring is centred on clarity, practical understanding, and building confidence. As a Construction Management Honours graduate, I focus on helping students not only understand theory, but also see how concepts apply in real-world situations. This makes learning more engaging and easier to retain.
I use a step-by-step, student-focused methodology, where I first assess the student’s current level, identify gaps, and then tailor each lesson to their specific needs. I simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand explanations and reinforce learning through worked examples, practice questions, and interactive discussions. What makes me unique is my ability to connect academic content with real industry experience, especially for students interested in engineering, construction, or technical fields.
I am proficient in English and can teach comfortably in it, while also being able to support understanding in isiZulu where needed to ensure full comprehension.
