About Isobel
My name is Isobel, I am a first year university student from the South Wales Valleys. At A-level, law instantly became my favourite subject which has made me want to pursue it as a career!
Many of my peers struggled with the content load of A-level law, so I started tutoring them in my free periods as a way of developing my own understanding but also being able to help other students who eventually became my friends!
I really enjoyed studying A-level law and want to pass the knowledge that I gained onto those in need.

About the lesson

Each session is tailored towards your strengths and weaknesses, whilst building on what you are learning during lesson time.
Lesson times will range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
I achieved an A* in WJEC A-level law, and I am currently studying law at the University of Bristol.
My lessons are for students of any ability either in their first or second year of A-level law.
I use a variety of teaching methods including active recall, past paper questions, model answers and active participation.
I cover the following WJEC units; The nature of law and the Welsh and English legal system, The law of tort, Criminal law & Contract law.
I have previously tutored my peers and have the ability to cater my lessons to each student.
The first lesson will be an introductory session that lasts between 30 minutes and an hour.
If the student is wanting to pursue Law at university, I will be more than willing to look over any personal statements, or provide assistance with the LNAT.
