About Emma
I am currently studying for a BSc in Computing & IT with Business at The Open University where I have been achieving strong grades, alongside working full-time in a professional role.
At school, I achieved As in both Higher and National 5 English along with a range of other subjects, and enjoy helping others develop their understanding and confidence. I have also gained real-world and academic experience in business, marketing, sales and customer communication, allowing me to provide practical examples where appropriate.
I am a patient, encouraging and positive person who will tailor each lesson to the needs of every student.

My lessons are tailored to meet each student's individual needs, whether that is exam preparation, improving confidence, working through challenging topics, getting support with homework, or developing effective study and revision techniques.
I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, so I aim to create a supportive, friendly and judgement-free environment where there is no embarrassment in making mistakes or asking for clarification. There is no such thing as a silly question!
