I have a degree in B.tech (IT). Currently, I'm working in a MNC as test Engineer. I used to give private tuitions to students while I was in college and that used to be my favourite time of the day.

I hate the "read, memorise and forget" method of learning. One should not study just to get the marks, but to actually learn something new. Until or unless, a child doesn't know why he/she is studying something, one will never be interested in learning. So the foremost thing is to tell students why are we learning something and how we can apply it in our daily life.
