About Riley
With 12 years of ESL teaching experience, I have helped high school and college students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in English academically and professionally. I focus on a personalized approach, ensuring that each lesson is designed to suit the student’s learning style, level, and goals.

I teach ESL using a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is encouraged through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based activities that help students think independently and express themselves confidently.
Communication is central to my methodology. I engage students in discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises to strengthen fluency, comprehension, and practical language use. Compassion ensures that lessons are personalized to individual needs, with encouragement and guidance provided throughout the learning journey.
Problem-solving is integrated through scenario-based exercises, real-life applications, and critical thinking tasks that allow students to apply English logically and effectively. I also teach complementary subjects such as reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary enrichment to provide a holistic learning experience.
This methodology nurtures learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of applying English skills successfully in academic, professional, and everyday contexts.
