I am an engineer graduated from NIT Jaipur, currently working in an IT firm. Here I can see for communication how important it becomes to cross that barrier of English to convey yourself freely. Simply our goal of learning english is to be able to speak the day to day normal conversation in English as well, like how fluently we do in Hindi. Trust me it's not that difficult how it looks like, just the right knowledge and by pratice anyone can achieve that. In my case, becauseI have faced this issue in speaking English, I know what problem the other person is facing, and my teaching style is to start from the very basic even if the person is a graduate, because after that you will never face this issue ever again.
