About Ruaraidh
Hi, I am a young but experienced musician (mainly bassist and bass/baritone singer). But I really enjoy teaching composition and theory because I can see others get inspired in the wonderful world of music. I have studied music for 8 years now and I am roughly at grade 7 classical theory level (ABRSM) and grade 8 popular theory (RSL)

My teaching method is primarily based on understanding what you know as a musician, where you would like theory to help you get, and what you would like to know, I then base it all around your interests, avoiding anything you don’t like. No point in a rock guitarist learning voice leading if they don’t want to :)
