I have worked with food all my life from helping my mother as a small girl to feeding my family. I have worked as a private chef for grand parties, have written recipes and taught hundreds of children how to cook, but I still love it and want to help you

We will start with basics such as knife skills, rolling out pastry or whisking egg whites and work up to some complete meals. I will show you that cooking can be fun and not stressful but also that it can save you money if you make things from scratch rather than buying ready made meals. My classes will be tailored to your needs so don't be afraid to ask!
