About Ali
I have previous tutoring experience in statistics, data analysis, psychology, chemistry, astronomy, and the biological sciences where I worked directly with classmates and students who needed additional assistance. Lesson plans are created to introduce topics, review material and practice problem sets. Additionally, this method can be adjusted based on the subject and student individual needs. I worked with students outside of class to make sure they didn't fall behind. Tutoring sessions were held a few days a week after classes throughout my time as a student at The Ohio State University.
As a student, I am looking forward to spending some time away from my desk and helping tutor individuals in their math and science classes. I am easy to reach and will always provide fast responses. Hello! My name is Ali. Currently, I am a nursing student at Xavier University. Before nursing school, I graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a major in psychology and concentrations in statistics and data analysis. I worked as a tutor for statistic and data analysis students within the Department of Psychology at The Ohio State University. I have taken several courses which have provided me with an immense knowledge of statistics, data analysis, psychology, chemistry, and the biological sciences. One of the strongest qualities I possess is the ability to take a complicated concept and explain it in a much easier and comprehensible way. I’ve worked as a tutor for several years and enjoy teaching.
