About Omar
I’m a Year 11 student and main school leader at Poole Grammar School, studying Further Maths, Electronics, Computer Science, Religious Education, alongside Triple Science, Maths, and English Language and Literature. I recently achieved a grade 9 in Arabic GCSE and maintain a total grade average of 8. I excel across my subjects and have developed a strong understanding of effective learning and revision methods. I’ve decided to become a Maths tutor because I want to share these methods to help KS3 and GCSE students improve quickly and confidently. I also offer tutoring in Further Maths exclusively for GCSE students.

About the lesson

1-hour lesson. Each lesson includes a review of any homework, a starter question on the student’s current school topic, followed by explanation and practice questions. Homework will take 20–30 minutes and focus mainly on the current topic, with occasional refresher questions from previous topics. The goal is to accelerate the student’s learning, stay ahead of the school pace, and ensure strong understanding and high grades.
