About Toby
I was the leader of the Cross Country club whilst I was at school and trained students between the ages of 11-18. The team had successes in local and national competition and the runners certainly benefited from the weekly training.

I have been a keen long distance runner for around 10 years now. I like to keep myself very fit and healthy and have advice for others on doing this. I can help improve aspects of running technique and suggest good routes, routines and different pacing activities.
