About Sam
As mentioned, I am a jazz pianist, but I really just play any style of music. I haven’t ever done grades, but can easily play most grade 8 pieces, and am currently doing music for my A levels. I want to teach piano my way in order to show that there is another way forwards in music other then grades, as I personally think it takes the fun out of playing, and I am happy to help teach anyone who has some to little experience

I am a firm believer of not doing grades on piano, however will do so if requested. Personally, I believe that not doing grades and learning pieces you want is a great way forward, as you can actually enjoy playing and not find it a chore. I can teach people who are completely new to piano, or people with some experinece
