Tyhrone is a patient and dedicated drum teacher who puts a lot of effort in to preparing lessons and suggesting what to practise. This provides a level of structure, something which is suited to me particularly, whilst still definitely being very casual so that lessons can go in a different direction if you want to practise a particular technique/song/style etc. He also encourages you to listen to and become familiar with different styles of music and drumming, and will also push you to try things that may be more in the deep end and out of your comfort zone, which has personally helped to grow my confidence.
