About Camila
Design students often stare at a blank screen while the cursor blinks impatiently against a white void. Over my 13 years in the field, I have coached 487 students who needed to move from concept development to a finished render.
My Master of Science in Applied Mathematics offers a unique lens for spatial planning and structural logic that I apply to every project. I cover everything from Revit workflows to the nuances of architectural history and design theory. Helping you refine your portfolio to reach a professional standard is my primary objective. What does a truly strong concept look like when it meets the reality of structural constraints? My first session focuses on evaluating your current drafting process and identifying where design theory can elevate your spatial planning. Since I hold a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, I bring a distinct analytical rigor to the critique of your architectural models. I provide a design brief assigned after every class to ensure you apply these concepts immediately to your current work.
You will learn to use Revit and advanced rendering techniques to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives. Working through these challenges helps you build the technical stamina required for professional projects. I look forward to seeing the unique perspectives you bring to each design challenge.
