About Whitney
Code rarely functions perfectly on the first attempt regardless of how much experience you possess. Logic emerges from persistent iteration rather than spontaneous brilliance, which is why I prioritise debugging as a primary skill.
I utilise my background in Python industry work and 5 years of experience to explain APIs and backend fundamentals. My sessions are designed for those needing competition or entrance preparation as well as hobbyists.
I offer a free trial session to gauge your current skill level before we commit to a roadmap. We construct functional software while maintaining a focus on individual cognitive styles. The process simply starts here.

Adults or students tackling complex programming challenges often find that traditional classrooms overlook how different minds process logic. After 9 years immersed in the London computational design scene, I navigated the transition from architecture to deep software engineering. My MArch from Bartlett and a BA from Cambridge gave me the rigour to master JavaScript, C++, and backend architecture.
Debugging is not just about finding errors but about understanding the hidden flow of object-oriented programming. My studio-savvy approach acknowledges the unique ways neurodivergent students thrive in technical environments. I teach because I want to demystify these systems for those who think in patterns rather than just syntax. It feels like the right place to begin.
