Iqra did really well in her first session. We discussed high yield tips and tricks as well as looking at what structure is best to approach ‘personality’ type questions.
She can improve by recording herself to catch her ‘bad’ habits such as repeating certain phrases as well as analysing body language. She can also work on making her examples more specific to relevant skills discussed.

Today we covered general and high yield tips to score highly at interview as well as covering what structure you should use to answer ’personality’ type questions. We also practiced answering timed interview questions with feedback.

What you did well:
You did well to lay a great foundation of your answers and took on feedback well and integrated this into your answers. You also demonstrated a good understanding of the structure needed to succeed.

What to work on:
Now, you should work to build on top of your foundations to gain fluidity on answering your questions- this will come with recorded practice as discussed. Also work to be specific with your examples and think of your previous experiences which are most related to the skill discussed.
