He took time to speak with her, make recommendations and guide her to a fantastic choice. He is knowledgeable and practical. He taught me how to mountain bike (which I had never done before) and has advised me on bike maintenance throughout the years; I regularly go to him with questions. He fully grasps the mechanics of bicycles and customizes and builds his own. He is kind, personable and funny.
