About Neha

I have been in teaching since 2009

Apart from assisting students with assignments and Teaching my commercial work includes prepare construction documents, 3D renderings for heritage buildings, new constructions, renovations, and inspection reports.

1) When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?
I developed an interest in drafting and design back in 2007 when I first started learning AutoCAD. I was fascinated by how simple lines and shapes could turn into detailed, meaningful designs. That initial curiosity grew quickly, and I realized how important these tools are in professional work. Since then, I’ve been committed to learning and teaching them with the same enthusiasm.
2) What makes you passionate about your subject?
I love how design software combines creativity with precision. It allows you to turn ideas into clear, functional drawings. I’m especially passionate about helping students gain confidence—seeing them go from being unsure to creating impressive designs on their own is extremely rewarding for me.
3) What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?
Tutoring lets me tailor lessons to each student’s goals and pace. I enjoy making complex software feel simple and approachable. What makes me a “Superprof” is my patient, practical teaching style and my experience—I've taught over 200 students in the USA and Canada since 2019/20. My consistently strong reviews show the trust and results I build with my students.
4) Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.
Yes, one of my early teachers taught me not just how to use the software but how to think critically and troubleshoot like a designer. That approach really inspired me. I also admire educators who freely share their knowledge and motivate others to keep learning.
5) What are your keys to success?
Patience, consistency, and always staying open to learning. I make sure I’m improving alongside my students, whether that’s by exploring new design tools or trying new teaching methods. I also believe in being approachable so students feel comfortable asking questions and truly understand what they’re learning.
