About Evelyn
"Sitting down for an interview or preparing for a trip requires more than just memorised lines. I focus on reading comprehension and listening practice to ground your skills in reality. My teaching draws heavily on my RAM training to refine your rhythm and diction.
We utilise role play and dialogue practice to simulate genuine interactions for travellers. I find it helpful to break down everyday phrases for beginners before moving to more advanced conversational fluency. This approach keeps the material accessible. "Coming from a background as a voice graduate at RAM, I found that languages were the natural bridge to understanding art. I have spent 13 years teaching, blending my Modern Languages degree with a deep appreciation for culture. My work with hobbyists, travellers, and teens centres on building real competence.
I navigate the nuances between Latin American and Castilian variants with ease. It is quite rewarding to see students find their rhythm in a new tongue. I enjoy the process of turning complex dialogues into manageable steps for everyone."
