About Nora
I have over 8 years of skilled teaching violin and hold a Bachelor of Music in Early Music, specializing in Baroque Violin. My passion lies in Irish, Scottish, American Old-Time, and other rich folk traditions. I focus on teaching ornamentation, rhythmic bowing patterns, and ear-based learning to help students truly feel the music. My lessons blend technique with cultural storytelling. I use folk jam tracks, drone tuners, and repertoire-based instruction to make learning engaging and authentic.
