About Ava
Sometimes I find that even the most talented singers forget to start with a simple, solid foundation of warm-up exercises. I prioritise your specific technical needs by using my 13 years of experience to identify exactly where you can improve your airflow. You will receive free access to my personal breathing and warm-up exercise notes to keep your practice on track.
These tools help advanced learners and teens navigate complex repertoire for choral roles or exams. My goal is to ensure you feel supported whether we are tackling a difficult aria or a new grade level. I bring the same energy to my coaching that I utilise when performing on the opera stage. Completing an MMus Voice at the Royal Northern College of Music gave me the foundation for a 12-year career as a classical vocalist. Do you ever feel like your natural voice is hidden behind tension or nerves? Working with advanced learners and hobbyists for 13 years has shown me how vital breathing control and resonance are for true performance confidence. I coach teens and self-taught players who want to build a real technical structure.
Stage fear management is a specific skill I emphasise to keep you grounded during auditions. My background includes preparing students for ABRSM and Trinity exams from Grade 1 to Diploma level. Are you ready to see how your voice can grow under clear guidance?
