About Kathy

My start in music was rooted in the choral tradition, which defined my early development as a performer. Having taught 190+ students over 12 years, I have seen every kind of vocal challenge imaginable. I often tell my pupils that the goal is not just singing notes but finding the most honest way to express rhythm and phrasing, head and chest voice, or harmony singing.

You will find that I approach stage fear management and vocal range extension with a steady hand. Being the first in my family to pursue this path, I am happy to share these lessons with you.

About the lesson

I must admit that my approach to vocal warm-up exercises and breathing control is quite traditional. I tailor the work to your needs by drawing on my background as a RAM graduate with 12 years of experience. We explore genre styling from pop to classical and musical theatre while focusing on tone and resonance.

You will receive free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to guide your daily practice. I find it deeply satisfying to watch you gain confidence in your own instrument.
