About Kirstein
I started gymnastics at the age of three, stayed in the sport till sixteen when I found out I had damages in my spinal bones, that’s when I decided that I’d be a coach/personal trainer who helped athletes stay away from the injury that I experienced, if I had a stronger core and hip muscles then the injury I had gotten would’ve never happened.
That is why my specialty training is flexibility/core strength, but doesn’t mean I’m not good in other areas as well!

I’ve been in this industry as a coach for over 7 years, gymnastics all four events, front and back tumbling, and the dance side of gymnastics (leaps turns jumps) Something I would focus on is flexibility, core strength, and brain focus.
We sometimes forget core strength helps our balance, and that’s something very important in my curriculum.
I typically have a set out lesson plan that includes the pyramid plan set for the goal you have.
