About Valerie
I am a qualified yoga teacher, certified by yoga alliance, I hold RYT 200 certificate and have a separate certification as a mediation guide.Since my qualification I held various private tutoring lessons and have a Saturday student group that I teach regularly.

Each class is based on intention,and aims to achieve mental stillness and accessing inner peace and joy.
