About Romane
I found home in yoga years ago, trying to fix an emotional regulation struggle. I fell in love with it, the peace of mind, the presence in the body and the movement, this sense of unity which would stay with me for a while, helping me to navigate hard emotions or moments in life. The mat is where I feel the most at peace and my true self. I love sharing this love with my students.

About the lesson

We will start by finding some centring time, connection to ourselves through breath and meditation. Warming up and moving through a flow of movement based on your request or a sequence carefully planned and crafted. We will finish with a cool down and savasana. You will be given access to a playlist chosen for the class, and if you see me in person you will most likely experience relaxing sounds and aromatherapy.
