About Miroslava
I finished 200h Hatha Yoga teacher training in UK and 300h Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in India. Now I'm more than happy to share my knowledge with others.
Mine mission is to motivate students to find in theirs practice passion and inspiration, as well as balance and peace, and to try to keep these feelings also off the mat. Love and caution towards our body, mind and soul are the things that are nurtured in mine classes. Welcomed are everyone who would like to discover or to confirm how liberating, relaxing and revealing yoga is.

*Beginners or intermediate Vinyasa flow (Get know yoga, and gain strength and flexibility through the movements)
*Ashtanga primary series (Intermediate, advanced)
*Stretching based classes (All levels)
*Pranayama classes (breathing techniques)
*Meditation, mantras chanting and Yoga philosophy
Class can be combined regarding your own preferences with the purpose to motivates you to find in practice passion and inspiration you need.
Price for individual 60 min class is 10£. First class with consultation is free.
Class can be online or in Leeds (Adel).
