About the lesson

My classes will have first a welcome message, a short breathing exercise to connect with our bodies and class. After that, we will start slowly to heat up our bodies and bring vinyasa flow to our mats. As we accomplish the main posture of the day we will begin a cooldown, finished by a savasana (short meditation).
