About Maiken
As a qualified yoga instructor of Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa, I seek to create classes that suit everyone and every every body. I started yoga 5 years ago, where it rapidly became a passion and lifestyle for me and led me to complete my 200RYT. I tend to adapt my style of yoga depending on the need e.g. flexibility, building strength or just working on adjustments to ensure a safe practice.
I am also qualified in Ayurvedic massage to help compliment any yoga session.

My teaching method is based on the group or individual that is in front of me. I believe yoga is very personalised and should be made adaptable to all levels. I take things slowly with beginners to ensure proper alignment, however will build this up to working on strength and flexibility.
