About Cami
I have always been passionate about fitness, and my journey has taken me from gymnastics from a very young age, through dance, pilates, barre, etc. Until eventually I found myself falling in love with yoga. I started practising in Mexico and got my teacher certificate in London with Empowered Yoga School. I practise vinyasa, rocket, and dharma, and mainly teach a dynamic vinyasa flow.

I teach creative sequences adaptable to your level and goals. I focus on challenging your body through movement and your mind and body connection. I challenge the notion that you need certain flexibility and condition to practise yoga and create flows that stay with you after the class is over.
I have been practising yoga for over 5 years and have my 200hrs vinyasa teacher certificate, certified by the International Yoga Alliance. I focus on safe queuing and smart sequencing.
