We will have so much fun in my lessons! I am at your service. Whatever level of yoga you are comfortable with, I am able to provide. My lessons are a great space to come and feel safe and supported whilst building strength and getting fit at the same time! I promise you will leave my lesson feeling relaxed, whether it be after a deep stretch mellow yin class or even after a non-stop power flow. I like to incorporate all aspects in to my sessions including meeting your Physical, Intellectual, Emotional & Spiritual needs. I love yoga! Come join the passion!
