About Antoine
Passionate about mathematics and teaching, I got my master's in math at the University of Geneva, then a PhD in applied mathematics at epfl. During my studies, I attended a lot of students in mathematics, environmental sciences, micro technology and IT.
From 2011 to 2014, I taught math in secondary school (students 11-14 years) in a private school named "Educare alla vita" (living-wisdom school), based on the development of student's potentials and not on knowledge aquisition. All my students passed the Italian national exams.
I also have practiced yoga and meditation for seven years and consider it a powerful tool for approaching life as well as learning school subjects. That's why I include some relaxation, visualization and concentration exercises into my lessons.

Math teacher and yoga teacher, I offer my help on a math topic of your choice that you want to clarify or you have to prepare for an exam. I want to give you relaxation and concentration tools essential for a good learning... Our ideas or thoughts like "I am not able", "I'll never make it", "I do not like math... " often block us since childhood and prevent us to enjoy this discipline. That's why I incorporate yoga exercises to help you "re-educate" yourself physically and mentally. The subject of math can be from primary school to university (except the second and third year university in math).
Flexible and patient, I will try to adapt to your needs.
