Having spent months in India at the foothills of the Himalayas, my teachings are rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Yog-Vedantic lineage. “Sattva” represents wholeness and balance, and my approach reflects this holistic philosophy by integrating body, breath, and mind into a unified practice.
Through dynamic Vinyasa sequences and elements of Kundalini activation, I guide students to build strength, flexibility, and deeper awareness of their inner energy. The practice is designed not only to support physical vitality, but also to cultivate mental clarity and inner stillness.
Whether you are seeking movement, balance, or a deeper connection to yourself, my classes offer a supportive space for transformation—both on and off the mat.
