Yoga is about knowing yourself inside out so in my class we learn the proper way of breathing and perform asanas with proper inhaling and exhaling techniques.

In today's busy word we need to take out sometime to relax calm and connect with our innerself. Yoga is the connection of your mind body and soul.
Yoga is an art of breathing, it's knowing our body inside out.
In my 60mnt session I teach you stretch every body parts with proper breathings. Perform asanas to increase strength and flexibility and at the end 15mnts session of pranayaam (breathing exercise) to relax our mind body and soul and connect through meditation.
Yoga gives us freedom to do asanasAccording to our comfort and capacity while using props.
