About Liz
I am a fully qualified yoga teacher and specialise in working with beginners and those who have some experience of yoga. I employ techniques from Ashtanga yoga to improve strength, flexibility, confidence and the ability to relax. I practise Ashtanga yoga daily.

I will tailor a lesson to the needs of the group or individual, focusing on breath and movement through a series of warm up Asanas (postures) to build strength and flexibility. Each session will finish with a relaxation and meditation.

Liz makes learning how to play table tennis fun. She is patient and encouraging as you learn new techniques. Liz adjusts her level of play to allow you to get a good back-and-forth play, building your confidence as well as your skill level. It's also very cool to see her play at her expert level with ease and enjoyment!
