Engineer turned yogi
After learning about yoga in India from several teacher each offering their own unique styes and progressing on to Thai massage in Thailand I've come back to share what I've learned here in glasgow.
We can tailor classes to your needs thus improving mobility over the coming weeks and months. Before you know it, constant practice will have you feeling free and light.
It has been a year that I've been dedicating my time to yoga and its nuances. Though every day there is more to learn, looking forward to making the journey with you.

About the lesson

For group classes the time is separated out to warm up the body then explore your limits and work your way down to a nice relaxing savasana.
By the end we will have aimed to have brought the heart rate up a little and glided it down back to a nice slow rhythm, letting you walk away read to take on the rest of the day.
One to one classes will depended on what we aim to achieve.

Michel is an amazing yoga teacher. His energy is so positive and he has amazing attention to detail. He cares deeply and is extremely passionate about yoga and this really comes across through his teachings, which he has spent a lot of time learning. He gives expert advice to make sure each pose is done to the best of individual ability and really works with you to improve and push yourself to the best that you can. He is very gentle and kind- the best yoga instructor I have ever had.
