About Annie
I am a qualified Yoga teacher, specialising in vinyasa flow. I am also a qualified primary teacher, and have experience teaching all ages and abilities, from young children to adults. I currently teach a beginners yoga class three times a week at a gym in Glasgow. I also teach private 1-1 classes and private group classes. I have a 200hrs Yoga Alliance qualification in vinyasa and I am training in Yin yoga as well.

For adults, my core teaching focus is vinyasa, which is a dynamic flow of movement and synchronised breath, followed by deep relaxation and meditation. My classes are creative, playful, and personalised to the ability and interests of my students. When teaching children my classes follow the same structure, but are taught through story and play to engage their imagination. I believe that anyone can do yoga, regardless of their background, strength, or flexibility. I seek to support others to take risks, be humble, to play and embrace mistakes and boundaries with resilience and laughter!

For group classes up to 5 adults my rate is £25/hr
For group classes between 5-10 adults my rate is £30/hr
For private individual classes my rate is £35/hr for 1:1 or £45 for 1:2
