About Zoe

Yoga is my absolute passion. It fills my soul with purpose and the joy I receive from teaching and practising is why I love yoga and to share the beauty of the yoga journey. Making space in our busy worlds to come back to ourselves is the gift that yoga can really offer.

About the lesson

The benefits of a personalised practice far outweigh group classes, so I offer 121 in person or online.
My practice revolves around the energy around us, the season, the moon, how you are feeling and what you’d like to achieve.
