I've practiced yoga for 10 years and have been teaching for 2, working with the council and charity projects locally to find my voice and helping others to understand their bodies and learning to love themselves. I love assisting people to grow.

I teach classes that are curated to the needs of the yogi with a mix of challenges and meditative qualities to help to bring balance, relaxation, suppleness, strength and flexibility.
"I would and have recommended the classes to others. I feel it is the one time of the week I get to fully focus on me which is invaluable. I had been looking for a yoga class for a while as as I mentioned earlier I have stuck with this one as I am made to feel so comfortable. I moved house over the summer and missed a few months, on returning I realised how much I missed and needed the class to ‘un-click’ my body and give me an hour to clear my mind."
