I have 8+ years of professional experience teaching kids as well as adults from diverse backgrounds. As a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, I am a true promoter of well being - both physical, mental and emotional. As a sports scientist, i am comitted to the wholistic development of an individual through physical activity.
