About Gemma
I originally trained in Musical Theatre in Glasgow but since moving to London I have developed an interest in live music, world music and improvisation. I currently sing with multiple projects both in London and across the UK, as well as developing my practice singing with musicians at local music and jam nights. I am extremely interested in vocal technique and the part singing plays within culture, which leads me to question why we sing the way we do. Having spent the last few years researching technique and developing my own voice I am keen to pass my knowledge onto others.

I can work with you on singing technique, working through tension, improvisation technique and performance preparation. I believe everyone has a voice and will work with you to find yours. I will help you understand your own voice whilst giving you the tools to elevate it and let it out!
