About Celia
Playing at festivals across the American South for 13 years taught me exactly how to hold a bow for hours without fatigue. I earned a BA American Roots Music from Berklee College of Music to ground my practical skills in academic theory.
Eleven years of professional teaching have shown me that fiddling is about much more than just hitting the right notes. It requires a deep understanding of rhythm and timing that only comes from real stage experience. I have spent my career balancing technical precision with the raw spirit of traditional music. My practice involves a patient approach to intonation and shifting positions to ensure your posture is always ergonomic.
