About Norman
Beginners and exam candidates often work with me to build their technique from the ground up. My 13 years of teaching focus on the fundamentals because a solid base is the only way to succeed. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Studies from the Royal College of Music.
This background keeps my perspective clear and direct for all learners. You are welcome to get in touch if you want to start singing properly.

Vocal strain usually comes from skipping the basic steps of breath control and posture. Counterintuitively, the most progress happens when we stop singing songs and focus on isolated warm-up exercises.
We will refine your head and chest voice before attempting complex repertoire. Diction and articulation are practised alongside sight singing to ensure accuracy. My 13 years of experience inform how I fix your belting technique. Vocal health and care remain the priority.
It is all about mechanics. Please book a time to begin your practice.
