About Sam
I completed the Ballymaloe 12 week certificate course in 2019 to then go on and become a commis chef at the restaurant Wild by Tart. After being made redundant due to C-19 I’ve decided to take the 2 term culinary diploma at Leiths Cookery school

As a teacher of food I would give the student a couple of dishes to make and allow them to start cooking without assistance however I’d interfere when I believe I could help make life easier or if they are approaching a dish the wrong way
