I think the best way to start to teach someone is to let him copy you with your eyes, so if ill plress some strings on guitar he will lok on mine hand and try to copy, after he would be used to it without thinking where im putting mine fingers then it will become very easy.
When i was 5 years old mine dad who is very skilled at playing on guitar start to teache me how to play, from tht i havent stop playing, i used to have concerts with our family, i remember one day goint to this spanish festival wehre they are supposed to teach us flamenco, but one night me mine dad and mom was sitting in this little cofe shop and singin and playing, when the high level teachers saw us playing , they said that they have very big repsect for us
the higher the students gets the more happier ill be, i will understand if the student will want to stop or take a break from playing, its very hard to push ourself onto something we dont want.
I used to work for 2 years in this after schoolclub named inclusio, i was worknig as teacher assistant, we were supposed to teach kids by fun games, after that i was assistanting mine dad who was teaching music since i was 9 years old
