About Florence
I am currently in my final year of university studying Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies. I have just come back from a year abroad where I spent 4 months teaching English in Peru and 5 months studying at university in Brazil. I also lived in Spain for one year before moving to university, so I have experience teaching English to children of all ages, both in schools and private English academies, as well as experience tutoring Spanish for GCSEs and A levels. I therefore have a wide range of knowledge and an understanding of the language, and I would say my experiences have given me more strength in speaking practice, which I like to help others with.

I have sat GCSE and A level exams in the last few years, meaning I have a good, thorough understanding of them. I can mark and go through homework and past papers, revise grammar or simply spend the hour conversing in Spanish to improve accuracy and confidence for the speaking exam. I like to adapt the lessons to best fit the needs of the student, depending on their strengths and weaknesses in the language.
