About Evita
Hi! I’m Evita, your future favorite tutor. I’m a native Spanish speaker from Costa Rica, who speaks English fluently (C1) and Mandarin Chinese at a B1 level. I'm also an illustrator, YA romance fan, and crochet lover—but teaching is my true passion. If you're looking for a chill space to practice your Spanish, boost your confidence, and actually enjoy the process, you're in the right place. I grew up in a Spanish-speaking country (Costa Rica) and have provided tutoring on various topics from the local Spanish curriculum to younger family members, from 1st grade to high school, helping them apply these concepts practically in their daily lives. I’ve also taught a complete beginner’s course aimed at English speakers, guiding them through 10+ hours of foundational learning and practice in oral and written production, helping them master natural and basic conversations.
